Happy Hotel is a mobile app that solves many problems of hotel booking. I have read many user reviews for hotel booking apps in the google play store and found these pain points.
Paint Points:
1. Users were confused about when to cancel a hotel booking, no time and date were mentioned
eg:- 22/9 00:00
2. User wants to clarify the cancellation details with the hotel, before booking
3. Slow at the start of the app
4. Distance of hotel from main location or station was not mentioned
5. Best for family or couple or business was not mentioned
6. Navigation was confusing

Goals:
1. Make it neat, simple, and easy to navigate
2. Greetings on the home page
3. Clarify the cancellation or distance details properly
4. Clarify best for family or couple or business
5. Make users Delightful
6. Make a happy customer

Design Process:
Sketching--} Wireframe--} Prototype--} Feedback--} Visual Design
First I started by creating Logo Brand.
I used my diary to write every pain point and understand the problem then I did some sketching.
Then I created a wireframe design.
After validating with my friends, I started visual design in photoshop.
We have added a label to show free cancellation or a particular time period.
We have also added distance from the current location or selected location.
What are the things I learned?
1. More iteration in sketching is needed.
2. I learned how hotel booking is made and what hotel management wants from customers.
3. What are customers looking for in a hotel.
4. Photoshop is very powerful but not good for fast ux design work.
